RCDC Property Management

About the project

RCDC manages rental homes, nightly stays, and properties for sale. The public site lets prospective tenants search listings by location, type, and size, browse photo galleries for each property, and send an inquiry or quote request. Existing tenants get a directory for payments, maintenance requests, and common questions.

Behind it is a single-administrator CMS: RCDC staff publish and reorder listings, upload and arrange photos, set rent and availability, and work through incoming leads. Every record is soft-deleted and audited, and the site installs as a PWA with light and dark themes.
