Tanukeep

A shared workspace for tracking accounts, transactions, budgets, and bills, so you always know where your money stands.

About the project

Tanukeep keeps a household's whole financial picture in one place. You start by adding every account — bank, e-wallet, savings, cash, credit cards, and pay-later lines — then record income, expenses, and transfers against them. Net worth, cash flow, and savings rate update as you go, in every currency you hold.

Transactions go in through Quick Entry, which turns a line like "250 lunch gcash yesterday" into an amount, account, category, and date to confirm. Monthly budgets, a recurring-bills checklist that offers to tick a bill off when a logged note matches its keywords, and spending analytics by category and account turn the entries into something you can act on.

Workspaces can be shared with invited members, who get a read-only view, and the app offers light and dark themes, a larger-text accessible view, and a toggle to hide amounts. Its redesigned public landing page walks through accounts, transactions, budgets, bills, and analytics using screenshots from a seeded demo workspace.
